Quick lunch for the office - Sweet Potatoes & vegetables

This is a quick nutritionist lunch, where there is no time.

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • Zucchini
  • Carrots
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • White potatoes

Cut all the vegetables in to cubes and steam them for 5-7min. Mix with salt and Greek Yogurt or just with olive oil for non diary option
